the location was great , about a ten-minute walk to the beachfront. the facilities included a fridge and kettle , which was helpful. i especially liked getting sun on the balcony all day. i appreciated that cleaning was based on a sign , so i didn't have to have the room cleaned every day.

the noise from outside was disruptive. the balcony door did not seal well , so outside sounds were very audible. i could hear neighbors clearly. the toilet kept running and would not stop flushing.

the staff responded quickly to requests. cleaning services were available based on individual needs, so i could request it only when necessary. this system reduced unnecessary intrusions . staff were easily contacted by phone when needed.

i really liked the room, it was exactly as described online. the staff was friendly. the cleaning was very good. i had a misunderstanding about my desired bed type, but they fixed it quickly and with a smile.

the lifts are a little outdated.
